Job Summary

The Sales and Admin Executive is responsible for supporting the sales team in achieving business targets while managing daily administrative operations. This role involves coordinating with clients, preparing sales reports, handling documentation, and ensuring smooth office operations. The ideal candidate is organized, customer-focused, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Support

  • Assist the sales team in preparing quotations, proposals, and invoices.
  • Maintain and update customer databases, sales records, and CRM systems.
  • Coordinate with clients for order processing, follow-ups, and after-sales service.
  • Prepare and analyze sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics.
  • Support marketing and promotional activities, including events and campaigns.

Administrative Duties

  • Manage office documentation, filing systems, and correspondence.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries professionally.
  • Coordinate with internal departments (e.g., finance, logistics, HR) to ensure smooth operations.
  • Prepare purchase orders, monitor inventory, and handle procurement needs.
  • Assist in scheduling meetings, travel arrangements, and maintaining office supplies.

Customer Relations

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and suppliers.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and service quality.

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in sales coordination, administration, or a similar role.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Possess a valid driving license.
