Develop sales through existing clients; retain existing customers while increasing profitability.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
- Manage a client portfolio by tracking sales performance per brand monthly and yearly.
- Identify client needs and opportunities for growth.
- Promote and list current and new product lines, focusing on key Strategic Brands.
- Monitor debtors, credit terms, and limits with appropriate risk assessment.
- Ensure proper merchandising and visibility as per deal and trade visits reports from management.
- Plan, organise, Implement on Trade activities followed by appropriate debrief & Reporting according to company’s standards and guidelines.
- Monitor and manage expenses (discounts, donations, vehicle/petrol usage) to maintain profitability.
- Provide excellent customer service and follow up on deliveries, returns, and stock levels.
- Ensure timely client visits according to planned routes.
- Resolve customer issues proactively and efficiently.
- Report market trends and competitor activity to management.
- Collaborate with internal teams including trade marketers and merchandisers to achieve sales goals.
Education/Competences
- Degree in Business Administration or Marketing + relevant experience in the Sales function
- Microsoft Office skills (especially Excel & PowerPoint)
- Fluent in English, French and Creole.
- Two years experience in the FMCG market within the Hospitality
- Dynamic, service-minded, organised and team-spirit oriented
- Positive, professional, and energetic attitude

- Ability to organize and prioritize tasks
