We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Sales Manager to manage Indika’s portfolio of hotel clients.
🎯 Role
You will be responsible for building relationships with hotel partners, developing new
opportunities and supporting the growth of existing clients.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
Scout for new hotel clients
Participate in first meetings and onboarding
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients
Conduct regular visits to hotels
Promote and upsell products
Monitor client performance
Manage CRM records
Provide weekly sales repor5ng
Train hotel teams on product usage
👤 Skills & Experience
Minimum academic level - Bachelor Degree in Management or equivalent
Experience in sales or hospitality
Strong French and English communica5on skills
Strong rela5onship skills
Organised and proactive
Field-oriented

- Working hours - 8h to 17h
- Salary package – Rs 50,000 – Rs 80,000 according on profile and experience
