The role involves driving revenue by identifying and securing project opportunities, building and maintaining clients relationships, understanding project requirements and providing tailored solutions
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive business growth and market expansion by achieving sales targets by promoting the company's paints products and services within the projects and corporate sectors
- Build strong client partnerships and unlock new opportunities by securing key accounts, developing strategic relationships and maintaining a healthy pipeline of high value business prospects
- Deliver impactful sales presentations and product demonstrations to key industry stakeholders, showcasing the value and benefits of the company's paint solutions
- Develop tailored proposals and lead commercial negotiations by understanding client needs and securing mutually beneficial business opportunities
- Drive market insight and business growth by identifying new opportunities, monitoring industry trends and analysing competitor activities and product strategies
- Manage assigned territories strategically by planning resources effectively and adapting sales approaches to maximise coverage and market presence
- Build and maintain strong client relationships with key decision-makers
- Serve as a trusted point of contact by understanding client needs, conducting regular regualr site visits and proactively resolving concerns to enhance customer satisfaction
- Work closely with internal teams including supply chain, logistics and sales to ensure smooth product delivery and excellent customer experience
- Support effective issue resolution by addressing customer complaints promptly and collaborating on practical solutions that strengthen client confidence in the brand
- Plan and execute structured csutomers visits trhough effective daily and weekly scheduling with clear objectives to maximise engagement ans sales opportunities
- Maintain accurate sales records and provide regulat updates through the company CRM and weekly reporting while sharing valuable market feedback and customer insights with management
What we are Looking for:
- Diploma or Degree in Sales, Civil Engineering or a related field (cerification in selling technqiues or negotiation skills will be an advantage)
- Minimum 3 years'proven B2B sales experience, preferably within the paints, coatings or related industries
- Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence decision makers
- Good technical undestanding of products and servcices
- Highly organised, self-driven and customer focused
