We are looking for a Sales Coordinator who will support the sales and operation teams by managing quotations, client communication, follow-ups and coordination of service-related activities.

Job Profile

We are looking for a Sales Coordinator who will support the sales and operation teams by managing quotations, client communication, follow-ups and coordination of service-related activities.

Role and Responsibilities

• Prepare, issue and follow up on quotations, purchase orders and service orders.
• Plan and coordinate technical interventions.
• Handle customer requests and ensure prompt responses.
• Prepare and submit tender documents accurately and on time.
• Follow up on overdue payments and confirm invoice receipt.
• Manage ERP uploads for tenders.
• Monitor stock levels and liaise with suppliers and Accounts Team.
• Any other cognate duties may be assigned by the Head of Department.

Qualifications and Experience

• Holder of a Higher School Certificate.
• Previous experience in a similar role will be an advantage.

Knowledge, Skills and Attitude

• Knowledge of after-sales service and client communication.
• Proficient in office administration, including document handling.
• Familiarity with basic accounting principles and invoicing procedures.
• Good verbal and written communication in both English and French.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
• Good time management and organisational skills.
• Ability to work in a team and independently with minimum supervision.
• Ability to build and maintain good customer relationships towards ensuring customer satisfaction.
