Main responsibilities:
•Respond to reservation inquiries received via phone, email and online platforms in a timely and professional manner.
•Provide accurate information about Beachcomber Hotels properties, room types, rates, packages, and available services.
•Process new reservations, modifications, and cancellations accurately and efficiently in the reservation system.
•Generate booking confirmations and other related correspondence.
•Promote and upsell hotel amenities and services to enhance guest experience and increase revenue.
•Maintain a thorough knowledge of current promotions, special offers, and pricing structures.
•Track room availability and assist in optimizing occupancy levels.
•Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth guest experience.
•Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
Qualifications and profile:
•High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in hospitality is a plus.
•Minimum of 2 years of experience in a reservations or customer service role in the hospitality industry.
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and French. Additional languages are an advantage.
•Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with reservation systems (e.g., Hms, Opera).
•Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
•Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
•Proven ability to work effectively in a team-oriented setting.
