Reporting to the Head of Talent Acquisition and Attraction C-Care Corporate Office, the selected candidate will provide support in the day-to-day recruitment operations for C-Care and help drive talent to our company via modern and innovative recruitment strategies.
What you will be doing:
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for various evergreen clinical and non-clinical roles.
- Develop and post job advertisements across platforms.
- Screen CVs, shortlist candidates, and coordinate interview schedules.
- Participate in interviews and provide recommendations to hiring managers.
- Collaborate with department heads to assess current and future staffing needs.
- Identify and target emerging skillsets needed in the healthcare sector.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical roles.
- Utilise innovative sourcing techniques, including digital platforms, referrals, and networking.
- Oversee the application and renewal process for work permits and relevant licenses.
- Ensure compliance with local labour laws and hospital standards.
- Liaise with legal and regulatory bodies as needed.
- Represent C-Care at job and career fairs, professional events, and university engagements.
- Promote the hospital group’s employer brand and values to attract top talent.
- Track recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, source effectiveness).
- Prepare regular recruitment activity reports for management review.
- Recommend process improvements based on data insights.
- Partner with third party providers and recruitment agencies.
What are we looking for?
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or equivalent with a minimum of 2 years in a recruitment / talent acquisition role, preferably in a dynamic environment.
- Proven experience in managing recruitment processes and coordinating with multiple stakeholders.
- Proven track record of successful recruitment.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies, tools, and techniques.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High level of organisational and time management skills.
- Experience in managing and applying for various working permits.
