Job Summary:
The International Recruiter at MPH Mauritius plays a key role in sourcing, attracting, and securing top global talent to meet the company’s diverse staffing needs. This position is responsible for managing the end-to-end international recruitment process, building strong candidate pipelines, coordinating with global stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with local and international hiring regulations. The role supports MPH Mauritius in maintaining a competitive, multicultural workforce aligned with strategic business objectives.
Job Role:
1. Conduct sourcing, initial screening (including telephonic interviews), and shortlisting of candidates for various international roles.
2. Publish job advertisements for open positions across relevant platforms.
3. Communicate accurate job descriptions and terms and conditions to potential candidates.
4. Manage all candidate communications from initial contact through to client submission.
5. Coordinate interview scheduling and maintain engagement with shortlisted candidates throughout the recruitment process.
6. Maintain and update a comprehensive candidate database within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
7. Collaborate with the Senior Recruiter to research new job portals and assess sourcing techniques to develop innovative and effective recruitment strategies.
8. Engage in regular networking with the candidates across industries to ensure the database remains current and relevant.
9. Act as a project lead when assigned, managing client relationships or recruitment projects under the direction of the Recruitment Manager
10. Support tender coordination, including salary benchmarking, analyzing submissions, and compiling comparative data for project-specific requirements.
11. Monitor and update recruitment Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to align with company standards and expectations.
12. Set up candidate "watchdogs" in the database to anticipate and prepare for future client or project needs.
Requirements :
➢ Minimum International recruitment experience. Ability to work under pressure and meet
deadlines.
➢ Good level of French and English language (Written and Verbal)
