                            Receptionist / Administrative Assistant.
                         
                        Main Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for members, and callers by managing the front desk and reception area.
 - Greet visitors warmly and professionally.
 - Receive incoming calls, manage inquiries, and redirect incoming calls in a professional and courteous manner.
 - Handle and respond to inquiries regarding the daily operations and provide accurate information to members and callers.
 - Redirect queries to relevant departments and ensure follow-up on outstanding issues where applicable.
 - Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception and front office environment.
 - Provide general administrative support, including handling correspondence, managing schedules, and maintaining office records.
 - Support the preparation of reports, presentations, and other internal documentation.
 - Uphold confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
 - Assist in any ad hoc tasks or duties as required by Management.
 
Qualifications
- Minimum of a Diploma or Associate Degree in Business Administration, Office Management, Secretarial Studies, or a related field.
 
Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
 - Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
 - Organizational and time-management abilities.
 - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
 - Attention to detail and accuracy.
 - Ability to multitask and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment.
 - Professional demeanour and appearance and a good team-spirit.
 - High level of discretion and confidentiality.
 
Experience
- At least 2 years of experience in a front office, receptionist, or administrative support role.
 - Previous experience in a professional office environment is essential.
 - Familiarity with office equipment (multi-line phone systems, printers, scanners, etc.).
