                            As a Property Administrator, your role is to oversee and manage the administrative tasks, as well as client-facing responsibilities, related to properties owned by Lavastone Properties.
                         
                        Key Responsibilities:
- Property records management 
 - Lease administration
 - Tenant relations
 - Rent collection and financial management 
 - Compliance and regulations
 - Reporting and documentation
 - Property Management software and systems
 
Qualifications & required competencies for the role:
- Higher School Certificate or any equivalent qualifications, holder of credits in Maths and Accounting at A-Level. 
 - Minimum 2 years of working experience in accounting field or property sector would be an advantage.
 - Proficient in Microsoft Office. 
 - Knowledge in pivot table, accounting and navision would be an advantage. 
 - Demonstrate good organizational and management skills. 
 - Care for a stronger client relationship and shows compassion. 
 - Passionate to work as a team and ability to work at different pace.
