Ferney Spinning Mills Limited is a key player in the Mauritian textile industry, specializing in high-quality yarns. We are looking for a dynamic Production Support to join the team.
What you will be doing?
- Provide day to day support to the Production team and supervisors
- Monitor production flow and assist in resolving operational issues promptly
- Prepare reports on production performance, delays etc
- Support the implementation of lean manufacturing and 5S principles
- Help with quality checks
- Ensure safety & health protocols are adhered to in production areas
- Act as a liaison between departments
What are we looking for?
- Minimum Higher School Certificate (HSC)
- Prior experience in a textile or manufacturing environment will be an advantage
- Ability to work in a fast-paced setting
- Strong team spirit and willingness to take initiatives
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Flexible
