The Process Manager will design and implement new processes while enforcing quality and food safety policies.
Main Duties
- Design and implement new processes in view of increasing efficiency, reducing sugar losses and reducing energy consumption.
- Manage the process for the production of quality High Pol Low Colour (HPLC) sugar with required specifications.
- Enforce quality and food safety policies for production of HPLC and molasses.
- Optimise the cost of production throughout process.
- Plan for timely procurement of raw materials needed for production.
- Responsible for training of process department personnel.
- Liaise with concerned authorities when required.
- Work in close collaboration with the Factory Manager for the smooth running of the process department.

Qualifications
- BEng / BTech / BSc in Chemical Engineering, Sugar Technology, Sugar Processing.
- Minimum of 8 to 10 years of relevant work experience in sugar processing.
