Plant Nursery Coordinator (SYMFOLIA) - AGREX Limited

The plant nursery of AGREX Limited namely SYMFOLIA is looking for a dynamic and motivated Plant Nursery Coordinator to join its team.

Main Responsibilities:

• In charge of the sales & marketing of plants of the Plant Nursery.
• Assist in the drafting of yearly and revised budgets of the Plant Nursery activity.
• Ensure consistent quality on site by developing processes and managing employees and follow appropriate performance standards.
• Plan and execute the day-to-day efficient operations of the Plant Nursery.
• In consultation with the General Manager,  plan and monitor daily works to ensure execution as per program and schedule.
• Conduct appropriate pest and disease diagnostic and control measures.
• Strictly follow the company`s purchasing procedures.
• To present and sell nursery products & services to current and potential customers in the Plant Nursery.
• Ability explain the different products and services offered to clients.
• To ensure that the quality of service provided is at the highest level with a view to build a loyal clientele and promote company’s image.
• To manage efficiently stock to avoid shortage and wastage.
• To overview sales performance and key indicators and ensure proper reporting to management.
• Ensure sourcing of plants from suppliers by conducting site visits & communication production planning.
• To ensure proper housekeeping of the Plant Nursery through regular assessments.

Candidate’s Profile:

• Recognised qualification in agriculture or any comparable recognized professional qualification.
• Previous experience in sales & marketing environment with excellect knowledge of plants, tools & techniques.
• Good business management skills with the ability to achieve business strategies.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office tools.
• Excellent oral & written communication skills both French & English.
• Dynamic, pleasant and customer service oriented.
• Any equivalent combination of education and experience.

Salary will be negotiable based on experience & qualifications.
