We're a growing team in Moka, and we're looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Draughtsperson or Graduate Architect to join us on a part-time basis. Location: Moka, Mauritius

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare architectural drawings, plans, sections, elevations, and detailed construction drawings.
• Develop and update drawings using Revit, AutoCAD, and SketchUp.
• Produce clear and accurate technical documentation for building permit and construction purposes.
• Assist in the preparation of presentation materials using Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Coordinate drawings with architects, consultants, and project teams.
• Conduct site visits and site follow-up to monitor construction progress and ensure compliance with drawings.
• Ensure drawings are well detailed and aligned with construction practices and standards.
• Maintain organized project files and documentation.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in architectural drafting or architectural practice.
• Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and SketchUp.
• Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite for architectural presentations.
• Strong understanding of construction methods and detailing.
• Ability to produce accurate and detail-oriented drawings.
• Experience with site follow-up and coordination with contractors is an advantage.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
