Operation Team Leader

• Assist the installation team on-site when required.
• Conduct site visits for technical assessments if necessary.
• Ensure proper handover of finished products for installation teams.

• Ensure adequate stock levels of raw materials and components for uninterrupted production.
• Minimize material wastage through proper planning and usage.
• Oversee the maintenance and proper use of factory tools, machines, and equipment.

• Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety regulations.
• Enforce the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and safe handling of machinery.
• Conduct routine checks to identify and mitigate potential hazards.

• Maintain accurate records of production outputs, delays, and any issues encountered.
• Provide regular updates to the Senior Operations Supervisor on factory operations, production status, and team performance.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and efficiency.

The job holder should ideally possess:

-        Strong technical understanding of manufacturing and assembly processes.

-        Minimum of 3 years of experience in factory Supervision, production management, or a related field.

-        Experience in roller shutters, plantation shutters, or aluminum-related industries is a plus.

-        Strong leadership skills with the ability to train and manage a team.

-        Knowledge of health and safety regulations.

-        Excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities.
