Merchandiser (Parts)

The Merchandiser plays a key role in supporting sales, ensuring product visibility, and delivering an excellent customer experience in the Car Spare Parts Division.

Key Responsibilities:

Showroom & Display Management:

• Maintain clean, well-organised, and attractive product displays in the showroom and service reception.
• Ensure all spare parts and accessories are correctly priced and labelled.
• Monitor product availability and restock displays regularly to avoid shortages.

Sales Support:

• Assist the sales team in preparing customer quotations and updating product listings.
• Follow up on customer enquiries and pending orders to ensure timely responses.
• Support the internal and external sales teams by providing accurate and up-to-date product information.

Marketing & Promotion:

• Collaborate with the marketing team for in-store promotions, displays, and events.
• Ensure promotional materials are well-positioned and consistent with the brand image.
• Help set up displays for marketing campaigns and assist during events.

Stock & Coordination:

• Liaise with the procurement team for stock replenishment.
• Conduct regular checks on inventory levels and product presentation.
• Maintain product knowledge to effectively assist both customers and sales staff.

Customer Experience:

• Contribute to a positive customer journey by ensuring showroom readiness and product clarity.
• Provide professional and friendly assistance to walk-in clients when required.
