The Merchandiser plays a key role in supporting sales, ensuring product visibility, and delivering an excellent customer experience in the Car Spare Parts Division.
Key Responsibilities:
Showroom & Display Management:
- Maintain clean, well-organised, and attractive product displays in the showroom and service reception.
- Ensure all spare parts and accessories are correctly priced and labelled.
- Monitor product availability and restock displays regularly to avoid shortages.
Sales Support:
- Assist the sales team in preparing customer quotations and updating product listings.
- Follow up on customer enquiries and pending orders to ensure timely responses.
- Support the internal and external sales teams by providing accurate and up-to-date product information.
Marketing & Promotion:
- Collaborate with the marketing team for in-store promotions, displays, and events.
- Ensure promotional materials are well-positioned and consistent with the brand image.
- Help set up displays for marketing campaigns and assist during events.
Stock & Coordination:
- Liaise with the procurement team for stock replenishment.
- Conduct regular checks on inventory levels and product presentation.
- Maintain product knowledge to effectively assist both customers and sales staff.
Customer Experience:
- Contribute to a positive customer journey by ensuring showroom readiness and product clarity.
- Provide professional and friendly assistance to walk-in clients when required.
