We are looking for Marketing Officer supports the development and execution of marketing strategies that drive business growth. They create content for both digital and offline channels, assist in campaign execution, monitor performance metrics, and help manage the marketing budget.
Responsibilities:
Support the achievement of the company’s marketing objectives and contribute to overall business growth.
Assist in the creation and implementation of effective marketing strategies and campaigns.
Produce engaging content for both digital and traditional media platforms that resonates with target customers.
Monitor and manage assigned portions of the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective delivery.
Support the development and execution of the annual marketing plan.
Collect, analyze, and report on marketing data to inform decision-making and strategy adjustments.
Ensure alignment of marketing activities with broader company strategies and goals.
Coordinate and support the rollout of promotional campaigns, events, and product launches.
Explore and assist in managing multiple customer acquisition channels, including social media, paid advertising, email marketing, and events.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Management, Communication, or a related field.
2–4 years of relevant experience in marketing or communications.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to coordinate across departments.
Working knowledge of marketing analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, or similar platforms.
Ability to interpret marketing metrics and present findings in a clear and actionable format.
Solid writing and content creation skills across various formats and platforms.
Proficient in both French and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
