Overall Duties
- Responsible for Marketing/Technical related activities for the company’s products and services under directives from Top Management. Collaborate with SMM to ensure consistent & profitable growth in sales revenues through positive marketing endeavours and adequate assistance to sales team.
Direct Responsibilities:
- Perform competitive research to know the market trend and suggest marketing strategies
- Support to internal and external events, presentations etc
- Strong knowledge of website analytics tools like Google Analytics, Google Adwords, Web Trends
- Ability to handle big data, track metrics, and process figures
- Keep up to date all marketing collateral.
- Design and implement initiatives, campaigns and enhancements to maximize portfolio growth, profitability and improve customer experience.
- To manage various email & messaging campaigns, including the template design, call-to-action, and content
Specific duties and responsibilities:
- Assist in verification if required import dossiers with procurement section. Clear any doubts regarding technical issues with COO/SMM prior to order placement.
- Plan and monitor progress of quoted projects with Sales Executives (ensure follow-up as per Project list)
- Consider any report from subordinates and sort out encountered problem at your level to the best of your capability.
- Responsible for all Customer Complaints, initiate actions in collaboration with ED/COO/SMM for solutions. Initiate Customer Complaint Investigation reports and copy of same sent to concerned personnel.
- Responsible for after-sales service of Electrofusion machines. Be the interface between Sales Executives and Workshop Supervisor.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Minimum: Diploma in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or Digital Marketing
- Additional certifications in digital marketing, graphic design, or market research are an asset
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a marketing role
- Experience in B2B marketing, especially in construction, plumbing, or industrial products, is a plus
- Experience managing social media pages, newsletters, and promotional materials
- Driving license is an advantage (especially for event coordination or client meetings)
- Flexibility to work on-site for marketing events, expos, or client visits when needed
Key Skills:
- Good understanding of marketing strategy, branding, and product positioning
- Familiarity with digital platforms (social media, email marketing, websites)
- Basic knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) is an advantage
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel) and marketing tools
- Ability to create engaging content (brochures, posts, emailers, etc.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and French
- Good analytical and reporting skills (campaign performance, customer trends)
- Coordination and planning skills for events, launches, and campaign
- Creative, detail-oriented, and proactive personality
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- A team player with the ability to collaborate across departments (sales, technical, suppliers)
- Good sense of aesthetics and visual presentation
- Willing to learn and adapt to new trends in marketing and communications
