We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Marketing Intern to join our team. This internship offers hands-on experience in digital marketing, campaign management, and market analysis, providing an excellent opportunity to develop practical skills in a fast-paced environment.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in conducting market research to analyze trends, competitors, and customer behavior
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions for marketing campaigns and promotional activities
  • Monitor and report on social media trends and digital marketing innovations
  • Support the creation of engaging social media content (captions, visuals, and videos)
  • Assist in managing and scheduling content using tools such as Meta Business Suite and Hootsuite
  • Update and manage website content via CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress)
  • Use analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Insights) to track performance and engagement
  • Support the setup and management of paid advertising campaigns (Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads)
  • Assist in planning and coordinating digital campaigns for promotions and events
  • Contribute to audience segmentation and targeting for email marketing and ad campaigns
  • Track campaign performance and provide insights for continuous improvement
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., Graphic Design, Sales) for campaign execution

Learning & Development

  • Participate in weekly feedback and review sessions with the Marketing team
  • Receive mentorship on digital marketing tools, strategies, and best practices
  • Prepare a final report or presentation highlighting key learnings and contributions

Profile & Requirements

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a diploma/degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • Strong interest in digital marketing and social media trends
  • Creative mindset with good communication skills
  • Basic knowledge of social media platforms and digital tools is an advantage
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and general computer applications
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
