The required person will provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of office. Answers phone calls, schedules meetings, prepare quotes and supports retail stores while carrying out administrative duties.
Main Duties:
- Maintain a proper file for all members pertaining to the Federation.
- Exhibits polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail.
- Maintain an efficient filing system for for easy retrieval.
- Process files for archieving and ensure easy retrieval.
- Work in collaboration with team to support other retails stores.
- Respond promptly to stakeholders and answer queries from customers.
- Assist the operations team with daily operations.
