MERCHANDISER TEXTILE

COTTONS is a local brand which operates 4 shops of women's and men's clothing around the island. The garments we sell are mostly imported from different sources, some made in Mauritius. We are looking for a junior or mid career merchandiser to assist the purchasing manager.

What you will be doing: 

Assist the purchasing manager in all her day-to-day tasks.
Ensure orders are correctly drafted and sent on time.
Ensure product specifications are correctly written and follow up with the merchandiser of the supplier.
Ensure sample request and coordination.
Ensure orders and stock management of labels/tags etc for the brand.


Any other administrative tasks.

What we are looking for:

Good Communication Skills
Knowledge of Microsoft tools
Minimum HSC Required
Experience in textile and/or pattern making would be a definite advantage.
