• Quality Control

  • Ensure all linen and garments meet cleanliness and presentation standards.

  • Handle rewash or complaints efficiently.

• Inventory Management

  • Monitor stock levels of linen, uniforms, and cleaning supplies.

  • Maintain proper records of linen usage and losses.

• Equipment Maintenance

  • Ensure proper use of laundry machines and equipment.

  • Coordinate repairs and preventive maintenance.

• Health & Safety Compliance

  • Ensure adherence to hygiene, safety, and chemical handling procedures.

  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment.

• Cost Control

  • Manage laundry expenses (chemicals, utilities, labor).

  • Implement cost-saving measures without compromising quality.

• Coordination with Departments

  • Liaise with housekeeping, front office, and other departments for laundry needs.

  • Ensure timely delivery of guest and staff laundry.

• Customer Service

• Reporting & Documentation
