Lab Operator

We are seeking a detail-oriented, patient, and dynamic individual to join our team as a Lab Operator in our eyewear production unit.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate lab equipment used in the production and assembly of eyeglasses
• Handle lenses and frames with care and precision
• Follow standard operating procedures and quality standards
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation
• Collaborate with team members to achieve daily production targets
• Promptly report any issues or product defects to the supervisor

Requirements:

• Meticulous and patient, with a keen eye for detail
• Dynamic and eager to learn new skills
• Strong team player with good interpersonal skills
• Basic understanding of mechanical or production processes is a plus
• Completion of coursework or training at MITD, particularly in mechanics or production, is an added advantage
• Immediate availability is highly preferred
