Junior ERP Support Technician – Sigma ERP
Our client is looking for Junior ERP Support Technicians to assist in the installation, configuration, and support of our locally developed Sigma ERP software. This is an ideal opportunity for junior candidates who have some experience in accounting or ERP software and are eager to build a career in software support and implementation.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the installation and configuration of Sigma ERP at client locations or remotely
- Provide first-level support to end-users for day-to-day issues
- Document user queries, issues, and resolutions accurately
- Participate in user training and system handovers
- Escalate complex issues to the senior support or development team
- Contribute to testing and rollout of software updates
Candidate Profile
- Education: Minimum Diploma in IT, Computer Science, Accounting, or any related field
- Experience: Minimum 6 months to 1 year experience using or supporting accounting software or ERP systems (internship or part-time experience accepted)
Skills
- Basic understanding of accounting or business processes
- Comfortable working with Windows environments and common software tools
- Good communication skills and a willingness to learn
- Team player with a positive attitude and strong problem-solving mindset
Other Requirements
- Ability to travel for client visits when required
- Basic knowledge of SQL or databases is an advantage but not mandatory
