Job Summary
Join our dynamic Investment Team as an Investment Analyst, where you will play a key role in portfolio analysis, cash deployment, and fundamental research. You will support the team in asset allocation, portfolio monitoring, and investment strategy implementation, while contributing to research-driven decision-making in a fast-evolving financial landscape.
Main Responsibilities
- Conduct macroeconomic, sectoral, and company-level research to identify actionable investment opportunities across multiple asset classes.
- Perform fundamental and relative valuation analyses using models such as DCF, comparable multiples, and credit spread analysis.
- Monitor cash positions, investment limits, and liquidity buffers to ensure optimal deployment in line with regulatory and risk parameters.
- Assist in the portfolio construction and rebalancing process, aligned with investment policy statements and asset-liability profiles.
- Perform monthly and ad hoc cash flow forecasting to support fund liquidity planning.
- Prepare investment proposals and due diligence notes for Investment Committees and other governance forums.
- Track portfolio performance via monthly attribution reports, benchmarking against internal targets and external indices.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, risk monitors, and investment performance analytics.
- Contribute to the drafting of market commentaries and investment outlooks for internal and external stakeholders.
- Support the execution and monitoring of investment strategies across different asset classes.
- Ensure that investment records are properly documented and compliant with internal control and audit frameworks.
- Participate in internal discussions to formulate the house view on economic trends, rate cycles, and geopolitical risks.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field. Progress towards CFA would be an advantage.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in the financial, investment and/ or insurance sector.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced level preferred).
- Excellent organisational and time management abilities.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
