As an IT Support Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for end-users requiring technical assistance

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing Service Desk tickets and resolving issues within defined SLAs.
  • Providing technical support to users via email, MS Teams, or Skype.
  • Troubleshooting through diagnostic tools and targeted questioning.
  • Escalating unresolved issues to the appropriate IT support level.
  • Assisting in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of workstations (notebooks) and related IT equipment.
  • Collaborating with Group IT to remotely manage and troubleshoot local IT infrastructure (systems and networks).
  • Contributing to the improvement of procedures and documentation.
  • Maintaining and updating the IT record-keeping system.
  • Supporting inventory tracking for IT equipment and materials.
  • Preparing regular reports.
  • Performing additional duties as required, such as delivering IT onboarding/training for new employees.

Your Profile

  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in IT Support or Service Desk roles.
  • Fluency in both English and French (spoken and written).
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong team spirit and a collaborative mindset.
