Within the Support 2nd line team you are responsible for all internal incoming tickets concerning IT. You are in close contact with 1st line, 3rd line, external partners and the customer.
Within the Support 2nd line team you are responsible for all internal incoming tickets concerning IT. You are in close contact with 1st line, 3rd line, external partners and the customer. Ownership of problems and issues are key in this job function.
Key Accountabilities
- To provide 2nd level technical support to internal users.
- To provide assistant and transfer knowledge to 1st level engineers.
- To liaise with service providers and 3rd party suppliers for any issues which may require their intervention.
- Some stakeholder management.
- To be the SPOC for complex issues & problems between 3rd level and customers/1st line.
- To manage and resolve user requests according to internal processes and standards
- To be compliant with internal security policies and processes.
- Diploma in IT or proven skills worthy to the degree.
- Experience with Exchange Online, Outlook and Office 365.
- Experience with Skype for business / Teams
- Experience with SharePoint
- Experience with PowerShell scripting.
- Excellent communication skills to end-users.
- Excellent English-written and spoken.
- Problem solving and analytical skills.
- Proactive and motivated with an excellent attitude.
- Ability to work well under pressure and to be flexible.
- Out of the box thinker.
- Degree in IT.
- Multinational exposure & experience.
- With 3-4 Years’ Experience in Exchange/Outlook environment.
- Multiple language skills.
- Agile work environment experience.
