IT Officer

Chartered Brokers Ltd is looking for a dynamic IT Officer to join our team.

1. Provide technical support to staff (hardware, software, network issues)
2. Install, configure, and maintain computers, laptops, printers, and IT equipment
3. Manage user accounts and access rights (email, systems, platforms)
4. Monitor and maintain network systems, internet connectivity, and security
5. Ensure data backup, recovery, and system security are in place
6. Support and maintain business applications (e.g. Eazzy, payroll systems, ERP, etc.)
7. Troubleshoot IT issues and ensure timely resolution
8. Assist in IT projects, system upgrades, and automation initiatives
9. Maintain IT documentation, inventory, and asset registers
10. Liaise with external vendors and service providers
