Our client in the management sector is seeking to recruit a highly competent, experienced and proactive HR Manager to support the HR Director in overseeing and strengthening the Human Resources function across the different Business Units of the Group.
The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the effective delivery of HR operations, implementation of HR policies and procedures, employee relations management, talent acquisition support, payroll verification, HR reporting, compliance, staff wellbeing initiatives and health & safety practices.
Responsibilities:
- Support the HR Director in leading and managing the HR Team.
- Ensure alignment of HR operations with the strategic objectives of the organization.
- Develop, review, implement and maintain HR policies, procedures and best practices.
- Manage employee relations matters, including grievances, conflict resolution and disciplinary support.
- Oversee and support performance management processes and team development.
- Support recruitment and talent acquisition initiatives to attract and retain high-calibre talent.
- Prepare, analyse and monitor HR metrics and reports to support decision-making.
- Support the validation of payroll data prior to approval and release.
- Ensure compliance with labour legislation, internal policies and HR governance requirements.
- Oversee the effective use and maintenance of HR systems and HRMS tools.
- Promote staff wellbeing and supporting welfare initiatives.
Profiles:
- A Degree in Human Resource Management or in a related field.
- A minimum of 10 years’ experience in the Human Resources field.
- Strong practical experience across core HR functions, including employee relations, HR operations, recruitment, performance management and compliance.
- Sound knowledge of HRMS / HR Information Systems.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with the ability to prepare reports, analyse HR data and produce meaningful metrics.
- Good knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practices.
- Strong leadership, interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
