Hostel Warden

The warden will be responsible for the day‑to‑day supervision, administration, and discipline of employees residing in company‑provided dormitory accommodation.

The role is to ensure a safe, orderly, and hygienic living environment, enforce dormitory rules and company policies, manage resident welfare and grievances, coordinate maintenance and housekeeping, and handle emergencies. The Warden acts as a key liaison between management and residents to promote harmonious living and compliance with workplace standards.
