Head Sommelier

Take overall responsibility for the operational management of all wines within the hotel and ensure guests receive a service as per standards

Responsibilities

• Supervise the daily operations of the Sommelier Team.
• Recommend guests with the perfect wine experience.
• Monitor beverage costs while ensuring monthly targets are achieved.
• Review guest feedback and to ensure exceptional guest experience.
• Provide adequate training to other sommeliers.
