💻 What You’ll Do
- Roll out HRMS solutions for new clients—HR, Payroll, Time & Attendance
- Train and support users so they feel confident and empowered
- Create user guides and process documentation that actually make sense
- Collaborate on feature development to improve the solution
- Test and validate applications to ensure smooth operations
🧠 What You Bring
- A problem-solving mindset and a passion for creating value through technology
- The ability to turn client needs into effective digital workflows
- Solid experience in business process design
- Bonus points if you’ve worked with a ticketing or support system
🤝 Who You Are
- A team player with a positive, can-do attitude

✅ What You’ll Need
- A degree or diploma in IT or business
- 3+ years in a similar role (HRMS/ERP implementation, payroll, T&A, etc.)
- Strong knowledge of Mauritian payroll legislation
- A valid driving license
- A proven track record of making clients happy
