💻 What You’ll Do

• Roll out HRMS solutions for new clients—HR, Payroll, Time & Attendance
• Train and support users so they feel confident and empowered
• Create user guides and process documentation that actually make sense
• Collaborate on feature development to improve the solution
• Test and validate applications to ensure smooth operations

🧠 What You Bring

• A problem-solving mindset and a passion for creating value through technology
• The ability to turn client needs into effective digital workflows
• Solid experience in business process design
• Bonus points if you’ve worked with a ticketing or support system

🤝 Who You Are

• A team player with a positive, can-do attitude
• A clear communicator who listens well and speaks with purpose
• Organized, reliable, and able to manage multiple priorities

✅ What You’ll Need

• A degree or diploma in IT or business
• 3+ years in a similar role (HRMS/ERP implementation, payroll, T&A, etc.)
• Strong knowledge of Mauritian payroll legislation
• A valid driving license
• A proven track record of making clients happy
