We are looking for an HR Manager who would collaborate with the management to drive changes and HR operational excellence.

 

Responsibilities:
  • Devise the HR Strategy and implementation plan so that the set objectives are met
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle and ensure that open positions are filled on time
  • Drive employer branding initiatives and communication
  • Work closely with management and provide advice on all HR related projects
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives and be the culture strategist. Help the company in aligning their internal culture with the business goals and creating an environment where employees can thrive.
  • Provide support to managers on disciplinary matters
  • Review existing HR policies and procedures to ensure that all HR policies are fully aligned with local laws and regulations
  • Manage the whole payroll process – new joiners, leavers, payment, deductions and ensure accuracy in all statutory deductions. Ensure timely and accurate payment of salaries.
  • Provide monthly reports to Finance
  • Conduct training needs analysis and ensure proper record keeping.
  • Ensure that the HRDC process is being followed
  • Manage the whole recruitment process and ensure that roles are being filled on time
  • Manage the onboarding and offboarding process
  • Drive HR operational excellence and ensure that HR system, record keeping, dashboard is up to date
  • Manage day-to-day HR operations to support employees and assist with their queries
Qualification and Experience: 
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, management, or any related field

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in HR with at least 3 years at managerial level
