We are looking for an HR Advisor. CDL Knits invites you to join our dynamic team.
What you will be doing:
- Be actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads, and managing the hiring process.
- Ensure the successful integration of employees through a proper induction process.
- Assist Head of Departments in identifying training and development needs within their departments and design training and development programmers
- Plan and assess the 'return on investment' of any training or development programme.
- Assist Head of Departments in the conduct of performance appraisal review exercise and ensure that appraisals are organised within set deadlines and as per company’s procedure.
- Act as a point of contact between Management and employees and assist in maintaining good employee relations.
- Counsels and assist Managers, Team Leaders, and employees in work related matters.
- Prepare HR reports.
- Organise welfare and CSR activities.
- Assist in the execution of any HR projects or work assigned by the HR Manager
What are we looking for?
- Degree in HR / Management Field.
- At least 3 years of experience as an HR Advisor / Officer, preferably in a textile or manufacturing sector
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- The flexibility and willingness to learn.
- The ability to work accurately, with attention to details.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
- A high level of confidentiality
- Great team player and supportive
- Good understanding of Employment Laws
- Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of HRMS is a plus.
