The selected candidate will need to ensure a friendly and professional welcome to all visitors and staffs. We are looking for someone who is organized and passionate about employee service and administrative excellence.
What you will be doing:
- Greet and direct visitors and employees in a courteous and professional manner
- Manage incoming calls and route them appropriately
- Handle incoming and outgoing call, courier services and deliveries
- Manage booking and scheduling of meeting rooms
- Provide general administrative and clerical support to the HR Department
- Assist with document filing and organizing personnel records
- Assist with leave tracking, time and attendance management and updating HR systems
- Help organize employee engagement event and wellness activities
- Maintain confidentiality of all HR-related information and sensitive employee data
What are we looking for:
- HSC holder
- Experience in a similar administrative or receptionist role is not compulsory but can be an advantage
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organisational skills and ability to multitask
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (word, excel, outlook)
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
