HEAD CASHIER

PNL is recruiting a Head Cashier for immediate start.

MAIN DUTIES:

• Oversee cash transactions, cash proceeds reconciliations, trade account receivables and other accounting duties per company policies

• Manage customer transactions with payments received

• Ensure customer transactions are processed promptly and accurately

• Generate internal control related documents and account reports

• Be responsible of the cashier’s office and supervise cashiers

• Perform bank deposits according to established procedures

• Ensure cashiers follow accounting policies, safety procedures and customer service standards • Identify and communicate any issues to management promptly

PROFILE:

• HSC holder with Accounting and Mathematics

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar post

• Give attention to details and accuracy

• Excellent knowledge of Office Software (Excel, Word)

• Knowledge of Navision will be an advantage

• Dynamic, outgoing and highly motivated
