GUEST SERVICE SUPERVISOR

To supervise the smooth and efficient check-in of guests ensuring all guest requirements are exceedingly done and that each guest is properly registered. To understand thoroughly and adhere to the hotel’s policies and procedures, which includes credit policies and cash handling responsibilities.

• To monitor villas status and discrepancies
• To assist subordinates during peak hours.
• To conduce daily briefing.        
• To monitor guest registration cards ensuring that staffs adhere to the standard required.
• To check and update villa status with Housekeeping on an on going daily basis.  
• To ensure cashiers check-out folios are correct, ensuring that the various types of vouchers are attached.
• To ensure that the Lost Interface folio has been cleared daily.
• To monitor all arriving guest through guest Arrival List ensuring that the rates, set-up, and guest requirements are all following-up.
• To ensure the strict control of room & safety box keys.
• To ensure that all guests are pre-registered.
• To ensure that the Log Book of all shifts are up-to-date and briefed to all staff. 
• To monitor on “Guest Profile” data key-in standard.
• To handle all Front Office filing system and ensure that all document are up-date.
• To ensure proper flow and operational coordination of transporting check-in guest to their villas and departing guests to the Cashier for check-out
• To ensure that all departmental reports and correspondence are completed punctually and accurately.
• To evaluate staff performance when required.
• To monitor staff attendance and staff scheduling and ensure that the manpower is match with the daily working load, base on daily activities.
• To prepare weekly departmental requisition.
