Assist the Financial Reporting team in the preparation of quarterly and annual Group consolidation of PBL Group in an accurate and timely manner.

 

Profile

  • HSC with Accounts
  • Diploma / Degree in Finance and / or ACCA Level 1
  • Basic understanding and knowledge of IFRS accounting principles
  • Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines for quarterly and annual financial reporting
  • Proactive, with strong ownership of deadlines and deliverables

Responsibilities

  • Assist in preparation of consolidated financial statements and notes to the accounts, ensuring compliance with IFRS and other financial reporting frameworks.
  • Support the preparation of integrated reports including sustainability reports in line with relevant reporting frameworks.
  • Assist in preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Reconcile intercompany transactions and balances
  • Ensure consolidation reporting packs have been properly filled in by respective the accountants
  • Create and update reporting formats and consolidation schedules for internal and external financial reporting.
  • Assist where necessary in the budgeting process
