Entertainer

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, organize, and lead daily entertainment activities including games, sports, music, and themed events.

• Host evening shows, trivia nights, karaoke, dance performances, or talent shows.

• Interact positively with guests to encourage participation in activities and events.

• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth execution of entertainment programming.

• Adapt entertainment offerings based on guest demographics and seasonal trends.

• Set up, operate, and maintain sound and lighting equipment for performances or events.

• Ensure all activities are conducted in a safe and inclusive environment.

• Create and maintain a fun and vibrant atmosphere throughout the hotel.

• Participate in regular team meetings and training sessions.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in entertainment, hospitality, or performing arts preferred.

• Strong stage presence and confident public speaking or performance abilities.

• Outgoing personality with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to engage with guests of all ages, including children and families.

• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

• Creative, energetic, and team-oriented mindset.

• Multilingual skills (especially English + other guest-preferred languages) are a plus.

• Basic knowledge of sound/light equipment is an advantage.

Work Environment:

• Indoor and outdoor hotel areas including poolside, stage, and lobby.

• Active and energetic role with movement, dancing, and public interaction.

• Flexible shifts based on event schedules and guest volume.
