Job Summary: Oceans Creek Hotel is seeking a dynamic and energetic Entertainer to create memorable moments and ensure guests of all ages enjoy their stay.
Plan, organize, and lead daily entertainment activities including games, sports, music, and themed events.
Host evening shows, trivia nights, karaoke, dance performances, or talent shows.
Interact positively with guests to encourage participation in activities and events.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth execution of entertainment programming.
Adapt entertainment offerings based on guest demographics and seasonal trends.
Set up, operate, and maintain sound and lighting equipment for performances or events.
Ensure all activities are conducted in a safe and inclusive environment.
Create and maintain a fun and vibrant atmosphere throughout the hotel.
Participate in regular team meetings and training sessions.
Previous experience in entertainment, hospitality, or performing arts preferred.
Strong stage presence and confident public speaking or performance abilities.
Outgoing personality with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to engage with guests of all ages, including children and families.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Creative, energetic, and team-oriented mindset.
Multilingual skills (especially English + other guest-preferred languages) are a plus.
Basic knowledge of sound/light equipment is an advantage.
Indoor and outdoor hotel areas including poolside, stage, and lobby.
Active and energetic role with movement, dancing, and public interaction.
Flexible shifts based on event schedules and guest volume.
