Engineering Coordinator

• Coordinate the engineering operations of the hotel, ensuring efficient and cost-effective operation of all related systems and equipment.

• Work together with Director of Engineering to oversee the maintenance of the hotel’s building and grounds, including air conditioning, heating, plumbing, electrical, lift, boilers, pumps and other related systems.
• Work in close collaboration with Director of Engineering to monitor and implement preventative maintenance programs.
• Attend to guest’s complaint as and when required.
• Ensure the proper functioning and cleanliness of Swimming pool and associated accessories such heat pump.
• Respond to emergencies (e.g., power outages, water leaks) and coordinate quick resolutions
• Inspect and oversee repairs and maintenance to ensure safety and quality of work performed.
• Support administrative tasks such as scheduling, reporting, and documentation for the engineering department.
• Develop and implement energy management and conservation programs.
