Key Responsibilities
Strategic Digital Marketing Support
- Assist in the development and implementation of digital marketing strategies aligned with brand and business objectives
- Support campaign planning across:
- Websites & e-commerce
- Email marketing
- Online advertising
- Social media and community growth
- Contribute insights based on performance data, market trends, and user behaviour
- Ensure consistent brand messaging across all digital touchpoints
Website & E-commerce Management
- Manage and maintain a portfolio of showcase and e-commerce websites
- Ensure websites are:
- Fast, secure, responsive, and user-friendly
- Optimised for conversion and SEO best practices
- Coordinate updates to content, visuals, landing pages, and product pages
- Monitor website performance (traffic, bounce rate, conversion rate, sales funnel)
- Work closely with designers and developers when required
- Identify UX pain points and propose continuous improvements
User Experience (UX) & Conversion Optimisation
SEO (Search Engine Optimisation)
Email Marketing & Marketing Automation
- Plan, create, and manage email campaigns:
- Newsletters
- Promotional and product launches
- Automated flows (welcome, abandoned cart, re-engagement)
- Segment audiences and personalise communications
Online Advertising (Paid Media)
- Plan, execute, and optimise online ad campaigns:
- Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping)
- Social media ads (Meta, TikTok, etc.)
- Manage budgets and ROI
Social Media & Community Management
- Manage social media accounts across relevant platforms
- Plan and publish content calendars aligned with brand strategy
- Engage with the community:
- Respond to comments, messages, and reviews
- Build relationships with followers and customers
- Collaborate on influencer or partnership activations if relevant
Content Creation & Management
- Participate in content ideation, creation, and optimisation across:
- Websites (landing pages, product pages, blogs)
- Email campaigns
- Social media content
- Paid ad creatives
- Collaborate with internal teams or external creatives on visuals, copy, and storytelling
- Optimise content for SEO, UX, and conversion
- Maintain content calendars aligned with marketing campaigns and launches
Reporting & Performance Tracking
- Track and report on KPIs across:
- Website performance
- SEO
- Email marketing
- Paid ads
- Social media engagement and growth
- Use data to guide decisions and optimisation
Required Skills & Experience
Technical & Marketing Skills
- Proven experience managing websites and e-commerce platforms
- Strong understanding of UX/UI principles and conversion optimisation
- Solid SEO expertise (technical, on-page, content-driven)
- Hands-on experience with email marketing tools and automation
- Experience managing online advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads)
- Social media management and community engagement experience
- Proficiency with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, ad dashboards)

- Experience managing both content and performance marketing
- Comfortable switching between strategy and execution
- Passionate about digital trends, UX, and online growth
- Experience in e-commerce or multi-brand environments is a strong plus
