The Designer is a creative and open minded, sensible to forms of art and culture with ability to turn old into gold with adobe tools. Starting with brainstorm, research and wireframes, the designer needs to be able to propose designs, layout, navigations, and whole User experience modern, trendy and will suit the end customer.

The designer creates a mood and a logical way to read the information provided. Technically quick and reactive, he should be able to take initiatives in design. The designer is a constant learner to improve his tools and get the best results in the time allocated for conceiving artwork and is respectful to deadlines.

By Joining Nova Interaction, the designer become the creative mind that will make the client brief become visual, and the visual an award winning concept.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Conceive or assist in conception of artwork, presentation, pages, reports, animations and various communication / marketing materials for printed and digital Medias.

• Research, edit, layout typography and visual elements according to set guidelines in printed, or digital environment.

• Design of illustrations, diagrams, wireframes, architectures, storyboards, photos and 2D/3D static or animated elements

• Animate across timeline or making use of appropriate coding, interactive or animated elements on digital medias

• Slice artwork, optimise and layout for various channels like web, emailing or mobile usage.

• Code using front-end web browser coding and other scripts for interactive medias.

• Integrate formatted text and images into web content management systems, platforms and application to create and update websites.

• Research and keep up to date with latest design, web and UX trends, digital standards and best practices

• Respect deadline and ensure delivery as per approved time frames.

• Perform any other cognate duties as may be necessary in the circumstances and/or required by the employer.

• Perform all project administration tasks to plan, input, record, follow and report all  projects as well as keep the files and databases clean of unnecessary duplicates or unused files and data.

Ideal Candidate

• Degree Holder in graphic design, web design or any other related

• Good understanding of Adobe creative suite or

• Ability to translate a creative brief to a creative visual graphical proposal.

• Basic understanding of web concept HTML, JS and CSS.

• Proficiency with word, excel and powerpoint.

• Organised in his work and strict on deadlines

• Able to work in team and independently.

• Aware and respectful to web and print standards.
