Decor Assistant

Impact Production Ltd is actively looking for a Décor Assistant to help the Decorator in its daily tasks of different events happening around Mauritius.

Duties and Responsbilities:

-Create project documentation – Inventory, organize and catalog all decor finishes for all projects. Attend assigned meetings and project walk throughs – Keep accurate notes, recap to group and follow through on all design changes.

-Be present on site to assist the decorator in his daily tasks

-Should have a valid driving licence to be able to move to different sites where the event is being organised.

-Should be able to make quotations and attend to clients request 

-Manage and schedule each delivery within given deadlines.

-Assist in routine project activities as filing, organizing or photo copying.

-Should be able to work in a team and to order Décor items when needed.

-Should be flexible in working hours.

Qualifications

- Minimum of 2 years in events management

-Diploma or degree in events management

-Computer literate(word, excel,powerpoint)

-Communication skills
