To maintain the Operations database, provide actionable inputs and manage backend operations.
Key Responsibilities and Deliverables:
Administration and Reporting
• Maintain operations master data
• Ensure data hygiene on the system
• Conduct periodic updates of master data
• Ensure timely updates of call cycles on the system
• Coordinate with relevant stakeholders for collecting the necessary information
• Visit the market to obtain market understanding
• Escalate and discuss the relevant concerns with Line Manager
• Prepare reports as required by stakeholders & Line Manager
• Ensure timely submission of required reports
Operations Plan Execution:
• Review the business plan in detail
• Compile the operations reports
• Conduct calculation of KPIs Achievement
• Compile and compute monthly staff incentives
• Assist the Line Manager in communicating the business plan to relevant stakeholders
• Execute the plan as agreed with the Line Manager
• Ensure data collection accuracy & simplification
• Assist in preparation of daily target achievements for promoters and random calls
• Ensure user friendly reporting formats
• Assist in preparation of Promoters Gap report
• Ensure appropriate use of dashboards for reporting
Operational Efficiency
• Visit the market and identify the improvement areas
• Compile and discuss the improvement plan with the Line Manager
• Escalate foreseen changes expected in the operations and discuss the same with the Line Manager
