Our Sister Company - Deco B is looking for a Customer Support Assistant who will be responsible for liaising with customers for all Installation and After Sales service. This role requires a customer driven mind-set, understanding of technical requirements and excellent planning skills.
Production and Installation:
- Setting up the Planning of installation with the collaboration of After Sales Technician
- Link with customers to validate interventions as per planning done
- Ensure installation has been properly performed as per standards and customer requirement
- Confirm with customer that job was done with satisfaction
- Ensure intervention reports are duly filled, signed and hand over to concern parties
- Insert new orders on production planning on daily basis
Customer Relationship and After Sales Support:
- Handle customers complaints/queries efficiently
- Preparation of costing for repairs
- Preparation of quotations for repairs and after sales services
- Follow up verbally and written
Profile:
- 2 years in a similar position
- Good organization and communication skills
- Customer driven
- Good Knowledge of Word & Excel
