We are currently recruiting Spanish-speaking Customer Service Advisors to support customers for a leading international e-commerce company. Join a dynamic team where you will play a key role in delivering an excellent customer experience.

 

Your responsibilities

  • Assist Spanish-speaking customers via phone, email and chat

  • Handle inquiries related to orders, payments, deliveries and returns

  • Provide clear information and efficient solutions

  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction

  • Update and follow up on customer requests in internal systems

Your profile

  • Spanish: C1/C2 level (mandatory)

  • English: professional level

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills

  • Positive attitude and solution-oriented mindset

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

  • Previous experience in customer service, e-commerce or call center is an advantage
