Assist Spanish-speaking customers via phone, email and chat
Handle inquiries related to orders, payments, deliveries and returns
Provide clear information and efficient solutions
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
Update and follow up on customer requests in internal systems
Spanish: C1/C2 level (mandatory)
English: professional level
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Positive attitude and solution-oriented mindset
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Previous experience in customer service, e-commerce or call center is an advantage
