We are looking for Italian-speaking Customer Service Advisors to join our team and support the customers of a fast-growing international e-commerce company. If you are passionate about customer experience and enjoy helping people, this opportunity is for you.

 

Your responsibilities

  • Provide assistance to customers via phone, email and chat

  • Support customers with orders, deliveries, returns and general inquiries

  • Identify customer needs and provide effective solutions

  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction

  • Accurately update customer information in internal systems

Your profile

  • Italian: C1/C2 level (mandatory)

  • English: professional level

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Customer-focused with a problem-solving mindset

  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

  • Previous experience in customer service or call center is a plus
