Provide assistance to customers via phone, email and chat
Support customers with orders, deliveries, returns and general inquiries
Identify customer needs and provide effective solutions
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
Accurately update customer information in internal systems
Italian: C1/C2 level (mandatory)
English: professional level
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Customer-focused with a problem-solving mindset
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Previous experience in customer service or call center is a plus
