What you'll do:
As a CX Data Analyst, you’ll play a key part in helping us understand our customers’ journeys, needs, and pain points. As part of the central CX team, you’ll focus on building the analytical foundation that supports better decision-making across the business. You will develop the insights and tools that empower others to take action and improve the customer experience.
Your responsibilities include:
- Managing and analyzing customer feedback data (e.g. NPS, CSAT, eNPS, complaints, surveys, contact reasons, web/app behavior)
- Supporting a consistent, structured NPS reporting process across markets and segments
- Building dashboards and reports that are clear, impactful, and tailored to different stakeholder needs
- Identifying trends, root causes, and opportunities for improvement across the customer journey
- Exploring customer usage behavior and early signals to support customer health prediction
- Collaborating closely with the Corporate Data & Business Intelligence team to align on architecture, tooling, and data flows
- Helping define data requirements and contributing to a more mature CX measurement framework
What we’re looking for:
- A degree in Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Business Analytics or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in a data analyst role, preferably with a focus on customer data
- Strong analytical skills with experience using tools such as Excel, SQL, Python/R, Power BI
- Familiarity with customer metrics like NPS, CSAT, CES, churn, etc.
- Ability to translate data into clear, structured outputs for others to work with
- A proactive mindset and a passion for improving customer experience through data
Nice to have:
- Experience working in or with CX, UX, Service Design, or CRM teams
- Knowledge of customer journey mapping and Voice of the Customer (VoC) programs
- Experience with survey or feedback platforms (e.g. Qualtrics)
- Interest in predictive analytics or customer health scoring
