Reneworld Ltd a member of Eclosia Group is currently looking for a Cost Controller to join it's Finance team.
Reporting to the Head of Finance, the Cost Controller will be responsible for identifying and optimizing business expenses to increase profitability.
Main Duties & Responsibilities
- Ensure that dashboard for registration and follow-up of assets is updated.
- Issue assets to employees, upon request and make regular inventory for employee’s equipment.
- Act as an IT SPOC for employees and liaise with IT Consultants.
- Optimize use of IT Tools in the company and make requests for new IT Equipment.
- Monitor expenses relating to transport and telephone.
- Involve in the calculation of the profit/loss margin.
- Ensure that all stock issues, GRN and return are well registered and followed up by the Stock Controller.
- Perform daily monitoring of material list and registration of materials used for installation.
- Report on budgeted and material used.
- Perform any other Ad-hoc tasks assigned.
Profile Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a diploma in Accounts and Mathematics. A bachelor’s degree holder will be a plus.
- At least 3 years of work experience in Cost Control or/and in the warehouse department.
Skills & Competences

- High efficiency, energetic and autonomous person, with the ability to work well in a fast-paced changing environment.
- Possess strong interpersonal, planning and organizational skills.
- Well versed in MS Office.
- Knowledge of Cost Control.
- Optimistic person with a well-mannered and positive mindset.
