You will assist in providing corporate secretarial services to guide our clients through statutory and legal obligations and assist clients from the establishment of their structures and all along the life of the companies until a potential liquidation.

 

Description of the role:

You will play a role in our team in supporting our clients in their corporate governance journey. You will have the opportunity to leverage your legal and compliance experience.

Your Opportunity:

  • You will be involved in the day-to-day corporate secretarial administration of various companies.
  • You will ensure that the companies’ corporate documentation remains up-to-date and accurate.
  • You will assist the clients in the organization/preparation of board and shareholders meetings, creation/update of shareholders’ registers, bank account openings, cash management, update and filing with companies registers.
  • You will track and check documents (mailing, execution of documents…), keeping our database of corporate documents of client-companies up to date.
  • You will be in direct contact with clients and will coordinate with external parties (notaries, legal advisors, tax advisors, auditors, banks).
  • You will coordinate tasks with other teams (accounting, tax compliance…) for such clients.
  • You will assist in client-related projects and support the management in the implementation of new projects.

What We’re Looking For

  • Minimum of 1 year of relevant working experience in corporate services. Experience between 1 to 3 years can also be considered.
  • Holding a bachelor’s degree in law or similar field. A master’s degree is a plus.
  • Fluent in English and French. German is a plus.
  • Keen on learning and client driven.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills, with a strong attention to details.
  • Dynamic, proactive, solutions oriented and good communication skills.
  • Good knowledge of MS-Office software.
